摘要
卵黄蛋白是鱼卵中的主要成分,卵黄蛋白原是卵黄蛋白的前体。卵黄蛋白作为鱼类胚胎发育和卵黄囊期仔鱼的主要内源性营养,对鱼类的繁殖和生长有着重要的意义。目前对不同鱼的卵黄蛋白或卵黄蛋白原的研究大体分为:分离纯化、电泳性质分析、酶联免疫吸附检测试验等。文章介绍了卵黄蛋白原的组成、营养、代谢规律、分离纯化方法、常用检测方法等,为进一步研究鱼类早期营养提供参考。
Vitellin is the main component in fish egg. Vitellogenin is the precursor of vitellin. The vitel-lin as the main endogenous feeding fish embryo and yolk sac larvae is of great significance to thegrowth and reproduction of fish. Present study of different fish vitellin or vitellogenin are generally di-vided into: separation and purification, electrophoresis analysis of properties, enzyme linked immuno-sorbent assay. This article introduces the vitellogenin composition, nutritional, metabolic rule, separa-tion and detection methods commonly used purification method, etc.
