摘要
大学新生进校后,不仅对学习环境和自身认同度低的现象较为突出,并且普遍存在适应性、发展性的问题与困惑。因此,地方本科师范院校大学新生心理健康教育工作需要有针对性的进行。从导向上,促进性、预防性工作重于问题应对。从工作目标和策略上,面向全体与重点关注结合;教育的外在引导和学生的过程参与、自身体验结合;平台搭建与资源利用结合,是值得探索的工作思路和策略。
In addition to low identification of the new study environment and themselves,freshmen face problems of adaptability and career prospects. To tackle this issue,psychological workers at local universities should take more specific measures. From the perspective of guidance,promotive and preventive measures should be given priority over remedial ones while,from the perspectives of strategies and objectives,attention should be paid to making sure that both the students in general and the special ones are dealt with,both guidance and participation are emphasized,the students have their own experience,the platform is built and the resources are utilized. These are some approaches and strategies worth our experiment.
