摘要
创业对一个国家和地区发展具有重要作用,鼓励大学生进行科技创业已成为当下国家、地区和学校层面共同任务。如何营造一个有利于大学生进行科技创业的环境已成为当下学术界和实践界共同关注的话题。本文对影响大学生科技创业的环境因素进行系统综述,并重点对当前有关如何评估大学生科技创业环境的研究进行评述,在"大众创业,万众创新"的时代背景下,为进一步优化我国大学生科技创业环境提供政策和研究上的重点进行展望。
Entrepreneurship is vital to a nation or society. And it has been the common task for the nation, location, and universities to encourage students conducting entrepreneurship. So how to cultivate a good entrepreneurship environment has become the common issue. Reviewing on the extant literature about entrepreneurship environment, this article focused on how to assess the entrepreneurship environment. Finally, the future academic and policy implication would be outlined in the era of＂The Public Entrepreneurship, The mass Innovation＂.
