摘要
目的:对我院门诊电子处方进行点评,了解我院门诊医师用药存在的问题,提高医院合理用药水平。方法:随机抽取本院2014年9月至2015年8月共计12个月的门诊电子处方,每月100张,合计1200张,对用药情况进行统计和点评。结果:在抽取的1200张电子处方中(不包括麻醉药品、精神药品和中药饮片处方),不合格处方共90张,其中31张(2.58%)不规范,59张(4.92%)不合理,电子处方合格率为92.5%。电子处方实施以来,书写不规范比例有所减少,临床用药的不合理性处方比重相应增大,主要在用法、用量、给药途径等方面存在不合理问题。结论:我院电子处方运行至今,仍存在不足之处。应通过增强医师责任心、提高审方药师综合素质、完善电子处方信息系统等手段,不断提高电子处方质量,促进合理用药。
Objective： To find out the problems of the medicine in our hospital by reviewing its outpatient electronic prescriptions, so as to improve the level of rational drug use. Methods： A 12-month outpatient prescriptions（100 per month） in our hospital from September 2014 to August 2015 were randomly selected and statistically analyzed. Results： In the extraction of 1200 electronic prescriptions（not including prescriptions of narcotic drugs, psychotropic drugs and Chinese herbal medicine）, the unqualified prescriptions totaled 90, of which 31（2.58%） were not standardized; 59（4.92%） were unreasonable. Therefore the electronic prescription qualified rate was 92.5%. The proportion of non-standard writing was reduced since the implementation of the electronic prescription, while the rate of unreasonable clinical use was increased, which were mainly found in the use, dosage, administration route and so on. Conclusion： There were still shortcomings of the electronic prescriptions in our hospital. It is necessary to enhance the physicians＇ responsibility, improve the comprehensive quality of the doctors and pharmacists, so as to improve the quality of the electronic prescription, and promote the rational use of drugs.
