摘要
循环微小RNA(microRNA,miRNA)由于在人体内的普遍存在且在各种组织与体液中的稳定表达[1],其表达谱与表达量的变化与多种临床疾病都有一定的相关性,因此可作为一些疾病早期诊断与治疗的生物学标记。
Because of the generality exist in human body and stability expression in all kinds of tissues and body fluids of microRNA,and the change in its expression profile and level is associated with cancer and other diseases,it is can been an useful biomarker in early diagnosis and treat of some disease.
