脂联素、瘦素和视黄醇结合蛋白4在巨大儿中作用的研究进展

摘要 胎儿体重达到或超过4000g称为巨大儿。近年来,巨大儿的发病率明显上升。目前巨大儿的病因不明,可能与多种因素相关。脂肪因子在能量代谢中各自发挥着重要的作用,研究表明它们均与肥胖、三酰甘油增高、糖耐量异常和2型糖尿病等代谢综合征的发生和发展相关,其中一些脂肪因子如脂联素、瘦素和视黄醇结合蛋白4(RBP4)在巨大儿的发生中所起到的作用为研究者所关注。本文就脂联素、瘦素和RBP4在巨大儿中的作用进展予以综述,为巨大儿的治疗和预后指导提供新的临床依据。
