摘要
目的探讨四磨汤口服液联合莫沙必利对便秘型肠易激综合征的临床治疗效果。方法 126例便秘型肠易激综合征患者分为对照组62例,治疗组64例,对照组行四磨汤口服液治疗,治疗组行四磨汤口服液联合莫沙必利治疗,观察2组患者的临床治疗效果。结果治疗组总有效率为92.2%,显著高于对照组的75.8%(P<0.05);治疗组患者临床症状改善明显好于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后治疗组患者中医临床症状积分显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用四磨汤口服液联合莫沙必利可以提高便秘型肠易激综合征患者的治疗效果,明显改善临床症状。
Objective To investigate the Simotang oral liquid combined with Mosapride clinical curative effect on constipation type of irritable bowel syndrome. Methods The patients were treated with Simotang oral liquid and Simo decoction combined with Mosapride and comparison of clinical treatment effect. Results The efficiency of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group （P=0.012）. The improvement of clinical symptoms in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group （P〈0.05）.Conclusion The Simotang oral liquid combined with Mosapride can improve constipation type irritable bowel syndrome has good curative effect.
