摘要 咳嗽是机体重要的防御性反射,但反复剧烈的咳嗽会影响休息、生活,甚至引起气胸、支气管破裂、纵隔气肿等并发症。咳嗽机制的探究有助于咳嗽管理。目前咳嗽机制尚未完全明确。因此,对咳嗽机制的研究进展进行综述很有必要。 Cough is an important protective reflex. However, the recurrent and severe cough may disturb the rest and life and may even lead to the complications, such as pneumotho- tax, rupture of bronehi, mediastinal empheserna and so on. Exploration of the cough pathogenesis helps the management of cough. The accurate cough pathogenesis is unclear at present. The progress of the cough pathogenesis is necessary to be summarized.
