摘要
目的探讨循证护理模式在腹部超薄皮瓣修复手指脱套伤中的护理效果。方法选择我院2014年3月至2015年3月收治的手指脱套伤患者90例,所有患者行腹部超薄皮瓣修复后,按照护理方法不同分为两组各45例,对照组患者仅给予常规护理措施,观察组患者在对照组的基础上实施循证护理,比较两组患者的并发症发生情况及护理满意度评分。结果观察组的治疗总有效率为97.78%,显著高于对照组的80.00%(P<0.05);观察组的并发症发生率为4.44%,显著低于对照组的20.00%(P<0.05)。出院前对患者进行随访,观察组的护理满意度评分为(8.32±1.21)分,显著高于对照组的(7.51±1.31)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对行腹部超薄皮瓣修复手指脱套伤的患者实施循证护理模式,可帮助患者快速改善症状,降低并发症发生率,提高护理满意度,值得临床推广。
Objective To explore the effect of evidence-based nursing model during the repair of skin degloving injury of finger by abdominal thin flap. Methods A total of 90 cases of patients with skin degloving injury of finger who received repair by abdominal thin flap admitted to our hospital from March 2014 to March 2015 were selected. All patients were divided into two groups according to the nursing methods, with 45 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing methods, while the observation group received evidence-based nursing model on the basis of routine nursing. The complications and nursing satisfaction scores of two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of observation group was 97.78%, significantly higher than 80.00% of control group（P〈0.05）.The incidence rate of complications of observation group was 4.44%, significantly lower than 20.00% of control group（P〈0.05）. Before discharge, the nursing satisfaction score of observation group was（8.32 ± 1.21） points, significantly higher than（7.51 ± 1.31） points of control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusions Evidence-based nursing model during the repair of skin degloving injury of finger by abdominal thin flap can quickly improve symptoms, reduce the incidence of complications, and improve nursing satisfaction degree, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
