摘要
本文分析了当前制造业特点,从制造企业转型和制造模式演变的背景引出一种社群化制造模式。对社群化制造产生的驱动力进行了讨论,综述了当前国内外关于社群化制造的研究现状,进而给出了社群化制造的研究趋势和挑战。社群化制造模式将解决未来制造业中大规模个性化的用户需求以及多参与主体之间的复杂共享、协同与交互等问题,促进形成人人参与生产的制造业局面。
Combined with the characteristics of current manufacturing industry,social manufacturing paradigm is introduced from two perspectives: transformation of manufacturing enterprises and shift of manufacturing paradigms. Discussions about the drivers of social manufacturing are given,and related work on social manufacturing is summarized. Furthermore,research trends and challenges of social manufacturing are addressed. Social manufacturing would satisfy the mass personalized requirements of customers,and handle the complex sharing,collaborations,and interaction problems among different kinds of stakeholders. It moves us closer to the vision of peer production in the future manufacturing industry.
