葡萄酒产业竞争力影响因素调查与分析——以烟台产区为例

摘要 为研究影响葡萄酒产业竞争力的因素,在烟台产区选取调查样本,设置6个一级指标,14个二级指标构建葡萄酒产业竞争力指标体系,采用单因素方差分析和独立样本T检验,对二级指标评分均值进行比较和分析。结果表明,14个二级指标对葡萄酒产业竞争力影响程度可归结为三大类:(1)酿酒技术、栽培管理、基地选址、品质、品牌、科研创新、价格、发展机遇、管理与文化、组织结构是10个非常重要影响因素,前7个指标和后3个指标差异显著;(2)文化休闲和辅料机械包装是2个比较重要影响因素,两者差异显著;(3)政策规划扶持和行业标准及食品认证是2个重要影响因素,两者差异不显著。 In order to investigate the factors influencing the competitiveness of wine industry, survey samples were selected from Yantai, 6 level-1 indexes and 14 level-2 indexes were set up for the construction of wine industry competitiveness index system, and single factor ANOVA and independent T-test were adopted for the comparison and the analysis of the average scores of level-2 indexes. The results suggested that, 14level-2 indexes could be divided into three main categories according to their influencing degree, 10 indexes had very important influence including wine- making technology, cultivation, the selection of base location,quality, brand, scientific innovation, price, development chance,management and enterprise culture, and enterprise organization, and there was significant difference between the prior 7 indexes and the posterior 3 indexes; leisure and mechanical packaging had less important influence, and there was significant difference between them; policy support and industry standards/food certification also had less important influence, and there was no significant difference between them.
