摘要
作为一种重要的话语策略,打断常用于仲裁庭审中。仲裁员可藉此控制话语,维持庭审秩序,并维护自己的权威。基于"以言成事"的理论,结合批评性话语分析,通过对18场仲裁庭审语料的研究,可以得见仲裁员的打断策略类型多样,权力量值不一,且常与话语标记配合使用。仲裁员倾向使用中量值的缓和型打断,语气委婉,强度适中,接受度高。同时,也灵活使用高量值权力的冲突型打断和低量值权力的情感型打断,以实现不同的交际目的,推动调解开展。
Interruption is one of the important discourse strategies,which are used frequently by arbitrators in the court.Thanks to it,arbitrators can control the discourse process,maintain the court order and preserve their power. Based on ＂the perlocutionary act＂theory and CDA,by analyzing the interruptions of 18 pieces of corpora from arbitration court,the research reveals that arbitrators apply varied ways of interruptions with different value of power and discourse markers. Arbitrators tend to use soft interruption of median value more frequently for its moderate coerciveness,euphemistic tone and high acceptance.At the same time,they also flexibly use conflicting interruptions with high value and emotional interruptions with low value,which realize different communicative goals and promote the arbitration mediation.
