摘要
高校财经类专业产学结合是必经之路,在推行产学结合模式时,出现了企业合作热情不高,学生到企业实习困难,企业订单培养困难以及学生无法胜任企业工作岗位等问题。针对这些问题提出了相应对策,如激发企业合作热情,采用统一实习与分散实习的灵活实习方式以及优化订单培养等。
The combination of production and learning for university of finance and economics specialty is the only stage which mus be passed by. While,in the implementation of production and learning mode,there are several situation. For instance,low enterprise's cooperation enthusiasm,few internship in the enterprise,hardship in enterprise order cultivation and students not equal to enterprise job. This paper puts forward countermeasures to these problems,as to arouse the enthusiasm for cooperation,adopts unified practice and scattered practice,flexible practice method and optimize order training and so on.
