摘要 目的:探讨信息化在临床护理质量管理与持续改进方面中的作用。方法:将200例患者分为观察组和对照组,每组各100例。观察组患者给予信息化护理管理。对照组患者给予常规护理管理。对两组患者的护理效果进行比较。结果:观察组患者的基础护理、病区管理、专科护理、护理安全等护理质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05);住院告知、医院规定、检查项目评分高于对照组;患者对护理的满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:信息化管理能够提高患者的护理质量和对病情的知晓程度,改善患者对护理的满意度。 Objective: To explore effects of information on management and continuous improvement of nursing quality. Methods: 200 patients were divided into observation group and control group( 100 cases in each group). The observation group was given information management,while the control group was given the conventional management. The nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Results: The scores of basic nursing,ward management,specific nursing,and nursing safety in observation group were higher than those in control group( P〈0. 05). Moreover,the scores of hospitalization notification,hospital regulations,and examination items were higher those in control group( P〈0. 05). Conclusions: The information management can improve the quality of patient nursing and awareness of the disease,and improve nursing satisfaction.
