摘要
目的:分析普外科手术患者采用层级护理管理模式对其手术质量及满意度的作用。方法:将120例行普外科手术患者分为研究组和对照组,对照组行常规护理干预,研究组在常规护理的基础上行层级护理管理模式干预,分析两组患者的手术质量及其对护理的满意度。结果:与对照组相比,研究组患者接受护理后,其手术时间、术中出血量分为(3.2±1.3)h和(201.2±96.3)ml均明显缩短或降低,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者接受护理之后,对医护水平、医护态度、心理干预和健康宣教等方面的满意度分别为98.3%、93.3%、96.7%和96.7%,均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:层级护理管理模式可充分调动护理人员的主观能动性,提高普外科手术患者的手术质量和对护理的满意度,值得临床的推广与使用。
Objective:To analyze the effect of level nursing management mode on the operation quality and satisfaction degree of patients in general surgery.Methods:120 patients received general surgery were ran-domly divided into study group and control group.The research group was treated with level nursing manage-ment mode,while the control group received routine nursing intervention.Compare the surgery quality and patient's satisfaction degree in the two groups.Results:Compared with the control group,after receiving care,the operation time and the amount of bleeding in the study group were (3.2±1.3)h and (201.2±96.3) ml,significantly shortened or decreased.The differences were statistically significant (P<0.05);the degree of satisfaction in medical level,medical attitude,psychological intervention and health propagation in the study group were 98.3%,96.7%,96.7% and 93.3%,significantly higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The level nursing management mode can fully mobilize the initiative of the nursing staff,and improve the operation quality and satisfaction of nursing in department of general surgery operation patients,it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
