摘要
目的：探讨分析腹横纹小切口手术治疗小儿腹股沟疝的临床疗效及可行性.方法：对2013年1月-2014年1月某院收治的80例小儿腹股沟疝患者的临床资料进行回顾性调查分析,按照手术方式不同,随机分成两组,每组40例.对照组采用传统手术;观察组采用腹横纹小切口手术,对比分析两组患者的临床效果.结果：对照组患儿术中出血量（10.5±1.6）ml,切口长度为（3.5±0.2）cm,手术时间为（45.23±4.56）min,自主活动时间（22.5±1.5）h,有5例患者出现阴囊血肿,并发症发生率12.5%;观察组患儿术中出血量（5.8±0.6）ml,切口长度为（2.1±0.2）cm,手术时间为（21.43±2.34）min,自主活动时间（13.6±1.1）h,并发症发生率0%.两组各指标数据对比,差异显著,具有统计学意义,P 〈0.05.结论：腹横纹小切口手术治疗小儿腹股沟疝临床效果确切,值得广泛推广.
Objective:To study the effect and feasibility of abdominal transverse cleavage line small inci-sion surgery in treating the infant hernia.Methods:80 cases of patients with infant hernia in a hospital from January 2013 to January 2014 were retrospectively analyzed and divided into experimental group(40 cases ) treated by abdominal transverse cleavage line small incision surgery and control group (40 cases )under tra-ditional surgery.Compare and analyze the clinical effect of two groups.Results:In control group,the patients 'blood loss was (10.5±1.6)ml,the incision length was (3.5±0.2)cm,the operation time was (45.23±4.56) min,and the autonomic activity time was (22.5±1.5)h,5 cases of scrotum hematoma occurred and the com-plication rate was 12.5%.While the patients'blood loss was (5.8±0.6)ml,the incision length was (2.1±0.2) cm,the operation time was (21.43±2.34)min,and the autonomic activity time was (13.6±1.1)h with the complication rate was 0% in the other.All the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclu-sion:The abdominal transverse cleavage line small incision surgery in infant hernia had effective clinical re-sults,which is worthy of popularization and wide use.
