摘要
采用甲醛快速检测盒、分光光度法、紫外可见风光光度法、粗脂肪提取仪、凯式定氮仪对毕节市七星关区农贸市场所售散装泡椒凤爪中甲醛、亚硝酸钠、苯甲酸钠、脂肪和蛋白质含量进行了检测。结果显示,所采农贸市场散装泡椒鸡爪样品中均未含有甲醛,苯甲酸钠含量符合国家标准,部分放置较长时间的样品亚硝酸钠含量超标,脂肪含量较高,但蛋白质含量普遍较低。
Rapid test kits formaldehyde,spectrophotometry,UV- visible spectrophotometry scenery,fat extractor,kjeldahl apparatus were used to detect formaldehyde,sodium nitrite,sodium benzoate,fat,protein in the bulk of pickled chicken feet,which were sold in farmers market of Qixingguan District of Bijie. The results showed that the chicken feet did not contain formaldehyde,sodium benzoate in line with national standards,and sodium nitrite content exceeded in placing time longer samples,with higher fat content,but protein content was generally low.
