摘要
四年来,我国保险硕士专业学位从无到有,规模不断扩大。但由于我国保险硕士专业学位培养起步较晚,经验尚不成熟,培养过程中尚存在诸如招生规模较小,生源质量较差、课程设置不合理、师资队伍薄弱、实践教学不足、实习实践落实不到位、质量保障体系不健全等问题。本文结合我国保险硕士专业学位培养现状,分析和梳理了保险专硕培养过程中存在的问题,并针对相应问题提出了对策及建议。
For four years,growing from scratch,Chinese Master of Insurance Professional Degree has been expanding gradually.However,as it started late and the experience was not mature yet,there are still many cultivation issues existing,such as small scale of its enrollment,poor quality of students,unreasonable curriculum design,weak teachers team,inadequate practice teaching,improper practice,defective quality assurance system and so on.Combined with cultivation status of Master of Insurance Professional Degree in China,this thesis analyzes and arranges the issues of the cultivation process,and makes some suggestions and countermeasures for the corresponding issues.
