摘要
随着我国工业化、信息化、农业现代化的不断发展,为促进烟叶生产持续健康发展、破解行业"三大课题",国家烟草专卖局印发《国家烟草专卖局关于推进企业精益管理的意见》,指出实现烟叶生产由数量效益型向质量效益型转变,提升烟叶质量水平,就要探索推行烟叶精益生产。该文阐明了烟叶精益生产的概念和内涵;论述了加强烟叶精益生产的重要意义和内容;分析了烟叶精益生产面临的困难;提出了实现烟叶生产精益生产的措施,以期对推进烟叶精益生产提供有效帮助。
With the development of industrialization,informatization and agricultural modernization in China,State Tobacco Monopoly Bureau issued files of the views of development for lean management.The document indicates,exploration of lean production in tobacco production is a necessary channel to realize the change from quantitative benefit type into quality-benefit type, and improve tobacco quality.The article had explained conception and meaning of lean production in tobacco and discussed the important significance and difficulty of developing lean production in tobacco. Effective measures were presented in the article to realize lean production in tobacco production.
