摘要
利用有限元软件,对承受内压和管口载荷的柱壳开孔模型进行有限元计算,研究了不同单元类型、不同单元技术对应力分析结果的影响,同时将其与理论计算值进行对比。结果表明,使用有限元软件进行应力分析时,单元类型的选择、单元技术的选择对结果的影响至关重要。最后,提出了应力分析的一些建议。
In this paper, the model of opening in cylindrical shell subjected to internal pressure and nozzle load was calculated by using finite element software. On the basis of comparison with theoretical results, the effects of different element type and algorithm to the results of stress analysis were studied. It was shown that in finite element analysis, the selection of element type and algorithm has significant effect to the analytical results. Some proposals for stress analysis were finally presented.
