摘要
本文通过文献分析,综合考察了人们对"资源环境与城乡规划管理"专业人才培养9个方面16个基本问题的认知度,其中倍受关注的是专业定位、课程体系和就业3个方面的问题。在此基础上,分析了某地方院校该专业的就业现状及其人才培养问题的特殊性,并从专业特色定位、课程体系优化和教师科研方向选择3个方面,指出了地方院校在专业调整新形势下在人才培养体系建设上应秉持的原则。
Based on the statistical analysis on recent literatures,this paper studies 16 basic problems in 9aspects about the talents cultivation for Resources Environment and Urban Planning,especially professional orientation,curriculum system and students＇ employment receive much attention.Then some specific issues related to the REUP talents cultivation in other college are explored.at last,this paper suggests some principles about the talents cultivation system construction should be taken in some local colleges under new background from identification of professional characteristics,optimization of curriculum,and teachers＇ selection of research fields.
