摘要
实际工程中,不少机器的动力装置都具有额定的转速,这类机器激发的振动频率单一,在激发频率引发的共振区内,采用动力吸振器减振,能够取得较好的减振效果。详细介绍了阻尼动力吸振器参数的设计匹配,结合仿真预测减振效果,最后通过试验验证设计的合理性。
In actual engineering,lots of power devices have rated speed. These machines stimulate single vibration frequency. In the resonance region caused by the excitation frequency, dynamic vibration absorber can obtain good effect of vibration reduction. Introduces matching design of damping dynamic vibration absorber in detail, combined with the simulation forecast effect of vibra- tion reduction, and finally the rationality of the design are verified through the experiment.
