摘要
介绍了调节进、排气可变气门正时(VVT)角度对发动机性能的影响。该试验在发动机转速为1 500r/min、全负荷的工况下进行。应用GT-Power仿真软件建立发动机模型,通过模拟仿真来分析进、排气VVT角度变化对发动机的燃油消耗率和扭矩的影响。研究结果表明:恰当的VVT角度能够调节气缸内残余废气量,提高汽油机充气效率。采用合适的仿真模型能够快速地找到性能最优的VVT组合,减少实际工作过程中的台架标定工作量。
Introduces the influence of the intake and exhaust Valve Timing (VVT) on the engine performance. The experiment is done in conditions of 1 500r/min and WOT. The simulation model of an engine is established by using GT-Power software and the influence of the different intake valve timing and exhaust valve timing on the torque ,fuel consumption and valve overlap angle. The results showed that the correct VVT can adjust the residual gas in cylinders and improve the volumetric efficiency. The cor- rect model can find VVT which the engine performance is optimal and reduce the workload of calibration.
