摘要
采用固相法合成铬取代杂多钨硅酸盐β_1-K_6[Si W_(11)Cr(H_2O)O_(39)]·x H_2O聚苯胺掺杂材料β_1-Si W_(11)Cr/PANI,通过红外光谱、紫外-可见光谱、XRD、TG-DTA、EDS、SEM等测试方法对产物进行表征,并研究其对有机污染物龙胆紫溶液的光催化降解作用。结果表明,β_1-Si W_(11)Cr/PANI 300 mg/L,龙胆紫溶液15 mg/L,p H值5,30 W紫外灯光照160 min后,脱色率可达98.49%。光催化降解龙胆紫为拟一级动力学反应。
The chromium substituted heteropoly tungsten silicate doped with polyaniline materials β1-SiW11Cr/PANI is prepared by solid phase synthesis method. The material is characterized by IR, UV- Vis, XRD, TG-DTA, EDS and SEM respectively. The effect of β1-SiW11Cr/PANI on the photocatalytic deg- radation of gentian violet solution is analysed.The results show that the decolorization rate is up to 98.49% with 300 mg/L β1-SiW,,Cr/PANI, 15 mg/L gentian violet, pH value 5 under UV irradiation of 30 W for 160 min. The reaction follows the first-order reaction kinetics.
