摘要
复相乳液相分离法,Co Cl2·6H2O为核芯,聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯为壳材,CH2Cl2为溶剂,明胶和聚乙烯醇做乳化剂,制备了Co Cl2热敏微胶囊。以Co Cl2包覆率,微胶囊变色性能为评价标准,优化了微胶囊制备条件。优化配方下Co Cl2·6H2O包覆率高,制备的微胶囊变色灵敏,41℃下变色时间为42s,复色时间126s,在粉红色和蓝色之间可逆变化。
Heat-sensitive microcapsules were prepared in W / O / W emulsion systems by diphaseemulsion phase separation method with Co Cl2·6H2O as core material,PM M A as shell material,CH2Cl2 and Gelatin / PVA as solvent and emulsifier,respectively. The optimum preparationcondition was determined by testing cladding rate of Co Cl2,colour-changing temparture and colour-recovering time. Results show ed that cladding rate of Co Cl2 is higher and the discoloration of the microencapsule is sensitive,while the time of color changing,the time of color fading of the thermochromic microencapsule are 42 s,126 srespectively. And its color changes reversibly from pink to blue.
