磺胺对甲氧基嘧啶的合成及表征 被引量:3

摘要 以苯胺和2-氯-5-甲氧基嘧啶为主要原料,经过磺化、缩合两步合成磺胺对甲氧基嘧啶.并用IR、1 H NMR和13 C NMR对产物结构进行了表征.考察了乙酸酐用量、硫酸用量、回流时间对对氨基苯磺酸合成的影响;氨水用量、回流时间对磺胺对甲氧基嘧啶合成的影响.在最佳合成条件下,磺胺对甲氧基嘧啶的合成产率可达93.2%. Taking aniline and 2-chloro-5-methoxypyrimidine as raw material, after sulfonation and condensation, the target compound sulfameter is synthesized and characterized by IR, ^1H NMR and ^13C NMR. The effects of acetic anhydride, sulfuric acid, and refluxing time on sulfanilic acid synthesis are studied, as well as the effects of ammonia amount and reflux time on sulfonamides methoxy pyrimidine synthesis. In the optimum synthetic conditions, sulfa methoxy pyrimidine synthesis yield up to 93. 2%.
