The expressions and correlation of monocarboxylate transporters 1, matrix metailoproteinase -2 in human glioma

摘要 脑胶质瘤是颅脑肿瘤中目前比较多见的,研究结果表明,单羧酸转运蛋白-1(MCT-1)、基质金属蛋白酶-2(MMP-2)对胶质瘤病程发挥促进作用,并与其关系密切。本研究旨在探讨两者在胶质瘤中的mRNA表达。
