摘要
咳嗽变异性哮喘是儿科临床常见病,是我国儿童慢性咳嗽主要原因之一。张骠擅长运用气机升降理论治疗小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘。张骠认为小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘的关键病机是风痰痹阻、肺热气逆,燮理肺脏及相关脏腑气机升降失衡是其治疗大法,黄龙合剂是治疗该病的有效专方。张骠临床运用气机升降理论论治该病,临床疗效显著。文章介绍了张骠治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘的经验,分析其辨证思路及立法、用药特点,可供读者借鉴。
Cough variant asthma as a common disease in pediatrics is one of the main causes of chronic cough in children. Professor ZHANG Biao is good at applying theory of ascending and descending in the treatment of children with cough variant asthma（CVA）. Professor ZHANG deems that wind-phlegm and blood stasis in lung and heat and reversed flow of qi of lung are the key mechanisms of pediatric CVA, so the treatments for this disease is regulating the ascending and descending of qi of lung, and Huanglong Mixture is the effective prescription for this disease. Professor ZHANG Biao treats this disease with theory of ascending and descending of qi movement, which has achieved remarkable clinical effect. This article introduces professor ZHANG Biao＇s experience in treating pediatric CVA, and analyzes his characteristics in syndrome differentiation, treatment and application of drugs and formulas, in order to provide reference for the readers.
