基于层次分析法对桩井爆破效果影响因素分析 被引量:8

摘要 桩井爆破因自由面单一、狭小,工程实践中爆破效果不理想,为了改善桩井爆破效果,需要确定其主要影响因素。以某安置房桩井爆破工程为例,建立了影响桩井爆破效果主要因素的层次分析模型,应用层次分析法进行定量分析。结果表明:主要影响因素为岩石性质、炸药单耗、地质构造、断面大小,权重值分别为28.04%、11.92%、11.37%、8.1%。选取炸药单耗与桩井断面大小两个主要影响因素在工程现场进行实验,二者中炸药单耗对桩井爆破效果的影响更大,证明了层次分析法定量分析结果的正确性,对桩井爆破的设计施工有一定的指导意义。 The effect of pile well blasting is always not good enough in the practice because of the single and narrow free face,therefore,it is important to determine the main factors to improve the pile well blasting effect. Taking a pile well blasting of resettlement housing as example to establish the AHP model of influencing factors,and the quantitative analysis was also taken by analytic hierarchy process. Results show that the main factors includes nature of the rock,specific charge,geological structure and section size,of which the weight values were 28. 04%,11. 92%,11. 37% and 8. 1%,respectively. The experiment of specific charge and the pile well size were performed in project site,and the specific charge made greater impact on the pile well blasting effect than the factor of pile well size. The AHP analysis was verified to be feasible and to play certain significance on pile well blasting design.
