摘要
人口老龄化,是一个国内以及全世界最关注的问题,据统计我国的老龄人已将近2亿多人,呈现出老年人口基数大、老年人口增长速度快、高龄化趋势明显的特点,而面对迅速发展的人口老龄化,我国急需利用各方面的社会资源来解决养老面临的众多难题。我国的养老服务可分为三种,家庭养老服务、社会养老服务、社区养老服务,三种养老服务模式都只限于传统性和单一的方式来照顾老人,然而现在很多老年人对于养老不仅仅是追求简单的照顾或者护理,而是有更高层次精神方面的需求,想要接触到更多新的社会知识,通过高校资源共享以及社区义工养老服务,不仅有利于老年人精神上的愉悦和满足,也能够从高校出发增强社会对老年人养老的公益意识,提高了养老服务行业的发展趋势,针对养老问题提出如何建立一项满足老年人晚年需求的意向做出服务研究,随着我国政治经济体制的改革,社会发展的转型,价值观念也随之发生了变化,而大学生参与养老服务是高校顺应社会和时代发展而产生的,提倡高校学生积极参与社区养老服务,在行动中照顾老人并且为孤独老人们从身到心的精神需求,关爱老人,用心开始。
An ageing population, is a domestic as well as the world＇s most concerns, according to the statistics of elderly people in China for nearly more than 200 million people, elderly population base is big, old age population growth speed, the aging trend obvious characteristic, and in the face of the rapid development of population ag- ing, China urgently needs to use all aspects of the social resources to solve the many challenges facing the pension. Pension service in China can be divided into three kinds, family endowment service, social endowment service, community endowment service, three endowment service modes are confined to the traditional and single way to care for the elderly, but now many older people pursuit for pension is not only a simple care or nursing care, but with a higher level of mental health needs, want to come into contact with more knowledge in society, by sharing resources of colleges and universities, and community volunteer endowment service, is not only beneficial to the elderly spiritu- al pleasure and satisfaction, can also be set out from colleges and universities to enhance public awareness of social pension for the old, improves the endowment service industry development trend, for pension problems put forward how to establish a research meet the demand of their intention to make a service, with our country＇s political and e- conomic system reform, the transformation of social development, the value idea has changed, and college students to participate in old-age service is college adapt to the society and era development, advocate college students to actively participate in community endowment service, care for the elderly and for lonely old people in action from the body to the heart of the spiritual needs, care for the old man, begin with your heart.
