摘要
目的：观察康复新液治疗难愈性创疡的疗效。方法：114例难愈性创疡患者随机分为对照组52例及治疗组62例，对照组常规换药，治疗组采用康复新液纱布湿敷，比较两组效果。结果：治疗后14、21天治疗组疮面面积均少于对照组（P〈0．01）：治疗组总有效率为96．77％，显著低于对照组的73．00％（P〈0．05）。结论：康复新液换药治疗可提高治疗效果，促进疮面愈合。
Objective： To observe the curative effect of Kangfuxin liquid treating refractory ulcers. Methods： 114 cases of refractory ulcer were ran- domly divided into control group of 52 cases and treatment group of 62 cases, control group with routine dressing, treatment group with Kangfuxin liquid wet dressing, efficacy between the two groups was compared. Results： After treatment of 14 and 21 days wound areas of treatment group were both less than those of control group （P〈0.01）; total effective rate of treatment group was 96.77%, significantly lower than that of control group by 73.00% （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Kangfuxin liquid wet dressing can improve the therapeutic effect, and promote the healing of wound surface.
