摘要
介绍了一种钢丝绳、纺纶绳的径向夹紧力量化控制方法。通过改造设备、设计工装及便携式测试装置,实现在装配过程中夹紧力的量化控制以及夹紧拉脱力测试量化。此项工艺技术已在多项型号任务中推广应用。
A quantified radial clamping force control method is introduced in the paper, which can be applied to the processing of wirerope or aramid rope. Through the equipment modification, special tooling design and portable detecting device, the quantify control of radial clamping force and measurements of pull-out forces are realized during the assembly process. This technology is already implemented in some spaceflight missions.
