A Highly Concurrent Video Transcoder and Delivery System Based on Many- Core Processor

摘要 针对海端视频应用的要求,基于36核众核处理器平台设计了高并发的视频转码及网络分发系统,设计了基于多粒度划分的数据和任务并行视频转码与分发机制,研制了高密度低功耗的视频数据服务器。实际结果表明,该系统能有效挖掘众核处理器的处理能力及I/O端口容量,性能明显优于业界当前水平。 According to Sea -End video applications' requirements, a highly concurrent video transcoding and network distribution sys- tem is proposed based on 36 - Core processor platform. And a high density low power video data server is designed multi - granularity parallel video data and tasks partition mechanism. The actual results show that the system can effectively utilize the whole processor power and I/O port capacity and achieves the "Sea -End real -time interactive data processing" project's mission objectives.
