摘要
从信赖利益保护原则的渊源及其内涵出发,对信赖利益保护原则的理论学说进行梳理,提出信赖利益保护原则在立法和实践中存在的问题,针对问题提出完善信赖利益保护原则的途径。
The paper combs the theories on the principle of trust interests protection, points out existing problems in its legislation and practice and advances approaches to better it starting from its source and connotations.
