摘要
企业技术标准体系是指导企业技术标准维护的重要基础,也是企业产品实现的主要技术依据。在分析国家测绘地理信息标准体系及导航与位置服务国家标准体系框架的基础上,针对导航与位置服务企业产品的特点,全面梳理与数据产品实现相关的业务,明确导航与位置服务企业标准体系建立的依据,建立适用于导航与位置服务企业的标准体系层次和标准体系框架图,并进一步明确了企业技术标准体系明细表的设计原则和要求。
As an important part of directing maintain technical standard of enterprise, the technical standards system of enterprise is also a main technical basis of enterprise products. Based on the analysis of the national geographic information standards systems of surveying and mapping and navigation and location-based services, according to the characteristics of the products in enterprises on navigation and location-based services, this paper comprehensively combs with the business of data product realization, makes clear the basis of establishing the technical standards system in the enterprises on navigation and location-based services, establishes enterprise standards system and standards system framework map suitable for navigation and location-based services related enterprises, and further makes clear and defines the nature of the design principles and requirements of technical standard system schedule in enterprises.
