无压地下灌溉对樱桃光合特性及产量和品质的影响

摘要 为探讨无压地下灌溉对樱桃光合特性、产量和品质的影响,设计4个灌水处理,即地面常规灌溉(CK),地下灌溉压力水头6cm(T1)、3cm(T2)、0cm(T3)。结果表明:光合特性与CK相比,樱桃树在T1、T2、T3处理下Pn分别下降2.2%、5.5%和8.4%,Tr分别下降2.9%、8.2%和12.6%,Gs分别下降0.6%、5.3%和10.6%,但叶片水分利用效率(LWUE)却分别增加3.0%、12.1%和19.4%;产量和灌溉水利用效率(IWUE)与CK相比,樱桃树在T1、T2、T3处理下产量分别减少1.4%、3.8%和6.2%,灌水量分别减少24%、29.8%和34.4%,IWUE增加29.9%、37%和43.1%;品质与CK相比,樱桃树在T1、T2、T3处理下VC分别增加17.9%、8.5%和6.6%,可溶性固形物分别增加8.1%、14%和19.1%,可溶性糖分别增加9.2%、18.1%和19.5%,可滴定酸分别增加3.4%、4.6%和6.9%,糖酸比分别增加5.6%、13.9%和11.9%,硬度分别增加4.1%、2.7%和2.1%;樱桃树IWUE与产量间呈较好的开口向下二次曲线关系,其决定系数R2=0.645 1,产量和IWUE最佳结合点为产量17 000kg左右,IWUE在6.5kg/m3,IWUE与灌水量间呈很好的直线线性关系,其决定系数R2=0.979 6。 Cherry trees were irrigated by ground conventional irrigation(CK)and three non-pressure subsurface irrigation patterns of 6cm(T1),3cm(T2)and 0cm(T3)pressure head to discuss the effects of non-pressure subsurface irrigation on photosynthetic characteristics,yield and quality of cherry.Results:Pn,,Tr and Gs of T1,T2 and T3decreases by 2.2%,5.5% and 8.4%,2.9%,8.2% and 12.6%,and0.6%,5.3% and 10.6% but the leaf water use efficiency(LWUE)increases by 3.0%,12.1% and19.4%compared with CK separately.The yield and irrigation amount of T1,T2 and T3 decreases by1.4%,3.8% and 6.2%,and 24%,29.8% and 34.4% but the irrigation water use efficiency(IWUE)increases by 29.9%,37% and 43.1% compared with CK respectively.The Vc,soluble solid,soluble sugar,titrable acid,sugar-acid ratio and firmness of T1,T2 and T3increase by 17.9%,8.5% and 6.6%,8.1%,14% and 19.1%,9.2%,18.1% and 19.5%,3.4%,4.6% and 6.9%,5.6%,13.9% and11.9%,and 4.1%,2.7% and 2.1% compared with CK separately.There is a quadratic curve relation between IWUE and yield and the determination coefficient R2 is 0.645 1.The optimum combination is17 000 kg of yield and 6.5kg/m3 of IWUE.There is a good linear relation between IWUE and irrigation amount and the determination coefficient R2 is up to 0.979 6.
