摘要
过度医疗是当今医学的主要特征之一,由此引发的诸多社会问题困扰着现代医学。从过度医疗的侧面,人们发现一个耐人寻味的异常现象,即临床医疗中存在双重标准。很多情况下,过度医疗干预具有普遍性,但在医生自身得病时却是有节制地选择治疗方式。虽然过度医疗源于多方面因素,但究其根源与资本的诱惑密不可分。现代医学务必转变观念,摆脱过度干预的恶性循环,在资本利益与医学道德之间建立平衡,坚定医学仁学宗旨,守住资本道德底线,让医学资本在道德化方向上健康发展。
Over diagnosis and treatment is one of the main characteristics of modern medicine, which has caused many social problems that are challenging the modern medicine. From the view of over diagnosis and treatment, there is a serious problem of double standard in clinical medicine. It is not hard to find over medical intervention for patients in many cases, but when the doctors themselves become sick the moderate treatments will be chosen carefully and rationally. Although there are many factors, the root of over diagnosis and treatment is closely related to the capital temptation. Therefore, it is urgent to get rid of the vicious cycle of over diagnosis and treatment by establishing new medical views and keeping balance between capital interests and medical morality. In addition, both of the medical purpose of benevolence and the bottom line of morality should be held, so that the medical capital will step towards a sound and moral way.
