摘要
2008年由急性透析质量改善计划小组主办的心肾综合征共识会上明确了心肾综合征的定义及分型,总定义为心、肾功能紊乱的病理状态下,一个器官的急、慢性功能损伤导致另一个器官的急性或慢性功能受损,分别为1型急性心肾综合征,2型慢性心肾综合征,3型急性肾心综合征,4型慢性肾心综合征,5型继发性心肾综合征。本文阐述了不同类型心肾综合征的发病机制以及西医、中医的治疗进展。
The defination and grading of cardiorenal syndrome were determined in 2008 by the conference hosted by acute dialysis quality improvement plan. It is under the pathological conditions of heart and kidneys dysfunction,one organ failure leads to acute or chronic dysfunction of another organ. It is can be divided into type 1 acute cardiorenal syndrome,type 2 chronic cardiorenal syndrome,type 3 acute reno-cardiac syndrome,type 4 chronic reno-cardiac syndrome and type 5 secondary cardiorenal syndrome. This paper reviewed the pahtogenesis and the treatment progress of Chinese and Western medicine.
