摘要
目的评价标准作业程序(SOP)在造血干细胞移植前准备工作中的运用效果。方法选取2013年1—12月按照常规流程进行移植前准备的22例患者作为对照组,选取2014年1—12月按照标准作业程序进行造血干细胞移植前准备的26例患者作为观察组,比较应用前后腋下皮肤拭子培养菌落数、肠道清洁有效率及主管医生相关满意度。结果实施移植前准备SOP后,比较腋下皮肤拭子培养菌落数、肠道清洁有效率均改善,医生满意度由81.8%提高到92.3%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论标准作业程序在造血干细胞移植准备工作中的运用,能有效降低皮肤、肠道准备不合格率,提高移植前准备工作效率即确保安全性,提升了医生相关满意度。
Objective To evaluate the effect of Standard Operation Procedure （SOP） application during HSCT preparation. Methods To compare the quality of skin and intestinal tract preparation as well as related satisfaction of patients with/without SOP, we selected 22 patients treated with regular operation procedure during HSCT preparation in 2014 as a control group. Meanwhile, 26 patients treated with SOP during HSCT preparation in 2013 was set as an experimental group. Results The quality of skin and intestinal tract preparation was significantly enhanced in experimental group compared with control group（ P 〈0. 05 ）. Related satisfaction rate of patients up-regulated from 81.8% to 92.3% （ P 〉 0. 05 ）. Conclusions Application of Standard Operation Procedure （SOP） during HSCT preparation greatly enhanced the quality control of nursing and reduced the disqualification rate of skin and intestinal tract preparation. It also improved the safety and ei^icieney of operation procedure during HSCT preparation and further advanced satisfaction of patients.
