摘要
旋流式沉沙池采用机械动力带动旋桨在池中产生涡流,以涡流产生的离心力提高沉沙池除沙效率.现在有一种依靠水流的动能在圆形池中,水流不断改变运动方向产生旋转形成涡流的一种新型旋流式沉沙池.通过对该种旋流式沉沙池进行设计计算得出水流量和沉沙池负荷量的关系式.再以Fluent软件计算和模拟研究,得出了该种沉沙池所产生的旋涡位置并不是沉沙池中心位置,并分析出这种无动力旋流式沉沙池所形成涡流与水量是相关.
At present, the cyclone desilting basin uses mechanical power to drive the propeller vortex in the pool. To improve the efficiency of sand settling basin,a new type of vortex desilting basin appears relying flow and the settling basin load through the cyclone desilting basin is achieved. Research on calculation and simulation with Fluent software is also done. The result shows that this kind of desilting basin generated by the vortex position is not the central position of desilting basin, and the eddy currents formed by the un- powered cyclone desilting basin and the amount of wateris correlated.
