摘要
农资流通体系改革是农业供给侧改革的重要内容。农资连锁经营对于规范农资流通市场秩序,提高农资流通企业竞争力,保障农资产品质量,确保农业生产安全具有重要意义。中国农资连锁经营以供销社为基础快速发展,农资连锁经营企业数量、连锁网点数量和农资销售额均实现了数倍增长,各地农资连锁经营类型多样化发展,农资连锁经营也实现了跨区域服务。然而,由于农资市场固有的特性、农资连锁企业自身不足以及农资连锁经营环境仍不完善,导致我国农资连锁经营仍面临较大的困难和挑战。笔者认为,培育农资供给的现代市场主体是农资流通体系市场化出的关键,应着重从培育优质农资连锁经营企业、创新农资连锁经营模式和完善农资连锁环境三方面促进农资连锁经营向更高层次发展。
It is great significant that the chain operation is applied into the agricultural means of production circulation to standardize agricultural materials circulation market order, enhance the competitiveness of agricuhural materials circulation enterprises, ensure quality of agricultural production inputs, and to ensure agricultural production safety. China agricultural materials chain operation has made remarkable achievements, such as the growth of the number of the agricuhural materials chain business enterprise, the chain number and the sales value is remarkable improved, the agricultural materials chain operation types has diversified development, as well as the agricultural materials chain operation also realized the cross-regional service. However, due to inherent characteristics of agricultural materials market and the shortage of agricultural materials chain enterprise and the imperfect of the agricultural materials chain operation environment, the agricultural materials chain operation in China still faces great difficulties and challenges. It is con- sidered that the key measure is to foster the subject of agricultural materials supply of modem market in this paper. Furthermore, the agricultural materials circulation system should be cultivate emphatically the high-quality agricuhural materials chain business enter- prises, innovative agricultural materials chain operation mode, and improve the agricultural materials chain environment, in order to promote the development of agricultural materials chain business.
