摘要
"海洋石油286"是上海船舶研究设计院为海洋石油工程股份有限公司设计的一型深水多功能水下工程作业船,集大型深水水下结构物安装、柔性管铺设、ROV(遥控机器人)作业、潜水支持、IMR(检验、维护和维修)和锚系处理等多项功能于一体,最大作业水深达3000m。从船舶总布置、完整稳性及破舱稳性的计算分析、快速性、操纵性和耐波性等方面阐述了"海洋石油286"的船型特点和总体性能设计。该船作业能力与国际同类船舶相比处于一流水平。
"HAIYANGSHIYOU 286" is a deep water multi-function underwater engineering vessel designed by SDARI for COOEC, which has multi-functions such as large deepwater subsea structure installation, flexible pipe laying, ROV(Remote Control Vehicle) operation, diving support, IMR(Inspection, Maintenance and Repair), and mooring system handling at the water depth up to 3 000 m. This paper elaborates the characteristics and general performance design of "HAIYANGSHIYOU 286" from the aspects of ship general arrangement, intact stability and damage stability calculation and analysis, speed performance, maneuvering and seakeeping performance. The operation capability of the ship is of the first class compared with the international similar ships.
