摘要
青梅以味酸著称,与黄柏、黄连等一起成为文学描写各类痛苦心情最质朴而有力的比喻。青梅为江南春夏之交的时令鲜果,人们多与时蔬搭配佐酒,简单易行而风味独特,形成了普遍的饮食风习,体现出丰富的生活情趣,成了初夏时令、田园闲适、江南行旅等诗歌中乐于描写的情景。《三国演义》曹刘"青梅煮酒论英雄"故事正是这一生活风习的产物。青梅圆硬玲珑,气色青鲜,男女老幼乐于采摘、观赏和把玩,表现出许多生动美好的情景,在文学中也得到精采的描写。
The plum is famous for its acid. Together with phellodendron,coptis,etc.,it becomes the most simple and powerful metaphor which literature describes all kinds of suffering mood. It is a aseasonal fruit in the turn of spring and summer in the South of the Yangtze River. People like drinking wine with seasonal vegetables. It is simple and easy to do,and with special Havor. And it became a common diet custom,reflecting the delight of life,the poets are willing to describe in the early summer in rural leisure and traveling in the South of the Yangtze River. The story ＂Qing Mei Zhu Jiu Lun Ying Xiong＂about CAO Cao and LIU Bei in Romance of the Three Kingdoms is a product of the real life custom. The plum is round,hard and exquisite,and looks green and fresh,men,women,the young and the old are all happy to pick,watch and play with it,putting up a lot of vivid and beautiful scenes,which are described brilliantly in literature.
