摘要
引入时空视角勾勒当前中国城市更新的宏观境遇,从理论而言是对城市研究空间转向的学术回应,从实际而言是对中国当前所面临的诸多城市更新问题进行再思考的重要思维与知识储备。由时空延伸、时空超越、时空压缩、网络化时空和第三空间崛起这五个方面的时空特性和时空过程所形塑的社会时空结构与体系,深刻影响了当前中国城市更新的实施效果和所临困境,因此探索本土化的城市更新之路也同样需要从时空理论及思维原则中挖掘潜能和创造力,为城市更新理论及实践的突破带来有益启发和积极影响。
The paper tried to analyze the macro situation of urban renewal in the theoretical perspective of time- space. By doing this,we wanted to make an academic response to the trend of ＂bring space into urban study＂; meanwhile we also tried to develop a different angle to rethink of some specific issues on urban renewal of nowadays China. We find out that the time- space structure of our urban society is shaped and portrayed by the unique characteristics and process of the following five aspects： time- space extension; time- space transcend; time- space compression; network time- space; rise of third space,which has profound impact on the implementation effect and predicament of Chinese urban renewal. Therefore,we believe that time- space theoretical perspective is imperative to offer several beneficial inspirations for creative urban renewal study and motivate us achieve a breakthrough in both theoretical and practical level in this area.
