摘要
试验研究了4种瓶插保鲜液对蟛蜞菊切花水分平衡值、细胞膜透性、丙二醛含量及瓶插寿命等的影响,结果表明:不同保鲜液对蟛蜞菊切花保鲜的效果差异显著,与对照(2 g/L蔗糖)相比,A保鲜液(配方为:2 g/L蔗糖+200 mg/L Fe SO4+H2O)最有利于维持切花水分平衡值、延缓细胞膜透性和丙二醛含量的上升,其保鲜效果最好,其次是C、B和D保鲜液配方。
The effects of four fresh-keeping liquid on some physiologies^including water-balance values, cell membrane permeability, MDA contents and vase lives of Wedelia chinensis cut flower were studied in this paper. The results showed that the effects of four fresh-keeping liquid were significantly different. Compared to the control treatment (2 g/L S) , the effects of A (composing of: 2 g/L S+200 mg/L FeSO4+H20) for keeping- fresh was the most remarkable,which was related to its keeping water balance,delaying the increasing in MDA contents and cell membrane permeability of Wedelia chinensis cut flowers. The effects of C,B,and D liquids were the better than control treatment.
