摘要
采用紫外分光光度法建立了测定药物中一水合磷酸西他列汀含量的方法,一水合磷酸西他列汀乙醇溶液在267 nm处有最大吸收。药物浓度在0.04-0.15 g/L范围内服从比耳定律,工作曲线为A=5.20357C-0.00466,R=0.9975。该方法相对标准偏差为0.75%-1.14%(n=5),回收率99.6%-102.2%,用于西他列汀片含量的测定,结果满意。
Sitagliptin phosphate monohydrate was determined by UV-spectrophotometry.The results show that sitagliptin phosphate monohydrate solution has the maximum absorbance at 267 nm. Beer's law is strictly obeyed in the range of 0.04-0.15 g/L of sitagliptin phosphate monohydrate, the standard curve is A=5.20357C-0.00466,R2=0.9975.The average standard deviation is 0.75%-1.14%(n=5),and recovery rate is 99.6% - 102.2%.
