摘要
研究一种基于PID温控的高精度离散可调射频光纤延迟技术,利用PID算法进行温控,温控精度高达0.1℃,解决了温度变化引起光纤延时变化问题,同时应用单片机和光开关组成可控延迟光纤延迟阵列,达到射频信号延时离散可调的效果。性能测试结果表明,利用该技术设计的射频信号光纤延时器,生产过程便捷,延时精度高,设定纳秒级延时时的延时误差小于5ps,符合实际工业生产要求。
A high precision and discrete adjustable RF fiber delay technology based on PID temperature control is researched.The temperature control by PID algorithm is used,the precision achieves 0.1 ℃,thereby solving the problem that the fiber delay change caused by the temperature change.And then by using microcontroller to control the delay array combined by delay fiber and optical switch to get the effect of discrete adjustable RF delay.The results of performance testing show that the product is in line with the production requirement,the production is more convenient and the delay precision can achieve less 5ps of the RF delay design by this method.
