摘要
目的合成高品质的碳酸镧晶簇,并对合成的样品进行表征.方法采用碳酸氢钠与氯化镧反应,通过控制体系pH值,并添加一定量的乙醇,合成了高品质的碳酸镧.采用X射线衍射、傅里叶红外光谱、扫描电镜以及热重分析等分析方法对合成的样品进行了表征.结果结果表明,通过添加乙醇可以得到层状的碳酸镧晶簇,其晶簇尺寸约为20~50μm,层厚为0.6~0.8μm.结论碳酸镧较高的比表面积更有利于与磷结合,进而降低胃肠道对磷的吸收.
Objective To synthesize high medicinal value lanthanum carbonate,and characterize the synthetic sim-ples.Methods Lanthanum carbonate was synthesized by lanthanum chloride and sodium bicarbonate.It can be synthesized by changing synthesis conditions,which include adjusting pH value and adding different additives.Furthermore,the synthet-ic samples were characterized by several techniques including X -ray diffraction (XRD),Fourier transform infrared spec-trometer (FTIR),scanning electron microscopy (SEM),and Thermo gravimetric analyzer (TGA).Results The results showed that layer -crystal was synthesized by adding ethanol in the synthetic systems,and the crytal size was 20 ~50 μm with a layer up to 0.6 ~0.8 μm thick.Conlusion The higher specific surface area of lanthanum carbonate was more fa-vorable to the combination of phosphate,and can reduce the absorption of phosphorus in the gastrointestinal tract.
