摘要
目的对糖尿病周围神经病变的临床护理措施和效果进行分析研究。方法选取于2013年11月—2015年10月期间经临床确诊并且在该院接受治疗的糖尿病周围神经病变患者96例,随机分为常规护理组(47例)和综合护理组(49例),观察并比较两种不同护理方式的效果。结果综合护理组患者的正中神经和腓总神经的MNCV及SNCV均显著优于常规护理组;同时综合护理组患者的ABI评分显著高于常规护理组,足部神经筛查评分、Toronto评分均显著低于常规护理组,组间差异经t检验,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合护理应用于糖尿病周围神经病变患者中的护理效果确切,能够使患者的病情变化得到有效控制,对提高患者足部神经的传导功能以及生活质量均具有十分重要的临床作用和意义。
Objective To analyze the clinical nursing measures and effect of diabetic peripheral neuropathy. Methods 96 patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy treated in our hospital from November 2013 to October, cases were randomly divided into the conventional nursing group（47 cases） and the comprehensive nursing group（49 cases）. The effect of two different nursing methods were observed and compared. Results The SNCV and MNCV of the patients in the comprehensive nursing group were significantly higher than those in the conventional nursing group, while the ABI score in the comprehensive nursing group was significantly higher than that in the routine nursing group. The score of the foot and the Toronto score was significantly lower than that in the conventional nursing group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Comprehensive nursing care in patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy patients in nursing effect, can make the patient＇s condition changes to get effective control, to improve the function of the nerve conduction function and quality of life in patients with very important clinical significance.
