摘要
目的探讨急性脑出血并糖尿病患者的临床特点,为改善患者预后提供有价值依据。方法选择52例急性脑出血并糖尿病患者作为观察对象,设为A组,与同期住院52例血糖正常脑出血患者,设为B组,对两组进行比较分析。结果 A、B两组患者在入院时的舒张压、尿素氮、收缩压及血脂水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),而红细胞压积、空腹血糖、肌酐及纤维蛋白原水平比较,统计学有意义,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),入院与出院时,A组NHISS评分超过10分者高于B组,A组患者出血量超过30 m L,A组患者继发肺部感染、行微创血肿引流治疗及死亡比例高于B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论急性脑出血并糖尿病患者神经功能缺损较为严重、易发生肺部感染、重残率与病死率高,脑出血血肿容易扩大,预后效果不佳。
Objective To explore the clinical characteristics of patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage and diabetes, and provide valuable reference for improving the prognosis of patients. Methods To choose 52 cases of acute cerebral hemorrhage and diabetic patients as observed object, set the A group, 52 cases with the same period of hospitalization blood sugar normal brain hemorrhage, to group B, the two groups were compared. Results A, B two groups of patients with diastolic blood pressure on admission, urea nitrogen, systolic blood pressure and blood lipid levels, statistically insignificant, no significant difference（P〈0.05）, and hematocrit, fasting glucose, creatinine and fibrin Compare the original level, statistically significant difference was significant（P〈0.05）, at admission and discharge, A group NHISS score more than 10 points were higher than group B, the amount of bleeding patients in group A than 30 ml, A group of patients with secondary pulmonary infection, hematoma minimally invasive treatment and the proportion of deaths than in group B, was statistically significant（P〉0.05）. Conclusion Acute cerebral hemorrhage and diabetic patients with more severe neurologic deficits, easy happening lung infection, severely disabled rate and case fatality rate is high, the cerebral hemorrhage haematoma easy to expand,poor prognosis effect.
